DIESEL car compensation

There are lots of companies to reclaim compensation for buying a diesel car from 2007 to 2020 but how do you go about applying for the claim yourself?

    You wait for the lawsuits to succeed - or more likely fail - and then pop in your own claim afterwards if you think there's any chance of success.

    If you want to prepare the claim yourself, you would first have to establish what loss you have suffered so that you can put a value to the claim.  Then determine who is liable and why.
    Once you have that information, you can determine the appropriate process to follow - maybe even ask for advice here based upon the case you have been able to set out.
