    Ah makes sense now why my tsb spend and save debit card transactions made over the May bank holiday were at Pending for about a week! Thought the payments were being rejected but no it’s just good old tsb being tsb. They also didn’t close my tsb credit card down three months ago after I phoned them to request that and when I phoned again a week ago they said there was no record of me making such a request and that the account was still active. Closed now. I can’t even be bothered to complain anymore. They’ve worn me down!

    Had to chase them up over a balance transfer I made last week online. Turns out there was 'an issue' meaning a certain number of transfers went AWOL yet still appeared on the TSB credit card but not on the card you were transferring from.

    TSB are the only current account provider I have come across who frequently have down time during business hours. The site has not been working properly or at all for the past 2 hours. Which are other bank's online access is down on at 4PM on a Tuesday?

    They asked me fill in an online questionnaire yesterday, which I did. Basically I said they are no better or worse than any other bank.
    Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

    Offline again now. It was offline when I tried around half six tonight. Yesterday it showed MG-208 - System displays 'Data Unavailable' and advises re-try. instead of the account balance and clicking on anything would log off. It has been more rubbish than ever this past week.
