Are TSB ever going to fix their online banking?

I've had exactly the same problem getting the screenshot shown above.  Used 3 different browsers.  It was like playing a slot machine, knowing that one of my attempts would get through, although may take several spread throughout the day.  Completely intermittent.  Not only when trying to log in on 'bookmarked' log in page, but when trying to open TSB website home page.  Worst of all was if I took too long while in, it would log me out and I couldn't get back in again.

Have been loyal customer for years, happy with service despite minor log in problems at the time of the IT failure, but have now switched away.  I need access to bank online at a time when I want it.

We still regularly get problems with TSB login.  Quite random too.  I'm very pleased we hardly use the accounts there any more.

It's basically a port of the old LloydsTSB internet banking and they never fully fixed the formatting. As owners, Sabadell are looking to sell it off, they are unlikely to update anything except maybe the sloppy formatting.

I use it almost daily and have never seen the message posted.  I suspect another cause outwith the TSB servers stopping responding.

I'm not a Twitter user but just looked at their page and only see stuff they have posted.  How do I see what others are saying about/to them?

Their system has been crap for over 12 months now.
As they no longer offer interest I've no reason to be with them.

To be honest, it looks to me more like an issue with your home internet connection/setup than with TSB servers.

I had the same problem with TSB before yesterday. Only for a while, but still... This happens regularly. All my other 10 banks work fine. Also, it often happens on TSB that when I want to go back to my account from some sub-page, it simply logs me out. Very lame indeed.

I use the android app on my tablet and rarely have any problems unless I try to login too quickly after the app opens up. If I rush it then nothing happens and I have to reload it.

"Tweets&replies" on the 4 tabs "Tweets", "Tweets&replies", "Media", "Likes".
