Are TSB ever going to fix their online banking?

Both TSB's main domain at tsb.co.uk and their online banking at internetbanking.tsb.co.uk have been intermittently unreliable for months - the servers just stop responding for a while showing a can't find site message in the web browser.
I can see them getting hammered about it on Twitter, but they just come back with useless and anodyne advice while the problem persists. I've tried contacting them myself, but it is useless as their servers usually start to respond again within a minute or so and it appears that as far as they are concerned there is no problem.
I managed to log in and pay a bill this morning, but the server went away before I could navigate back to the holding screen to look at my account balance again. Infuriating.

There are several banks that pay you to switch to them.1

TSB works better on Google than it does on MS Edge for me, although still not always perfect. Have you tried a different browser?0

And I have also tried turning it off and on again.I suspect they have insufficient server capacity that doesn't expand on increased load. If I do my banking at 6am then I seldom have a problem, but in normal business hours or evening it is hopeless.0

Very inconvenient at the time with us both working. But yes, that is what I will do if they continue to have such a lame online service.

I rarely ever use TSB online but I do use their app on my iPhone very regularly. No login problems that I can remember.
Needless to say, TSB is not the only bank I have a current account with. I'd never have just one current account.0 -
TSB online is fine, a bit old fashioned and untidy but it works fine for me.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

I've never had such problems with TSB (except for their upgrade issue some time ago, of course), so this surprises me.
Do you have any other bank accounts with online access? If so, is this an issue just with TSB or do you experience any problems with other banks?
To be honest, it looks to me more like an issue with your home internet connection/setup than with TSB servers.0 -

To be honest, it looks to me more like an issue with your home internet connection/setup than with TSB servers.Yes - HSBC, Nat West, Barclays just in mainstream banks. Several savings banks, ns&i etc. Only TSB exhibit the problem and it is independent of my internet connection - same on all (I have used BT fibre, BT ADSL, Virgin cable and mobile tethering through O2 in the last few months with a variety of computers, devices and browsers - same issues). It's not just me, there are a continual stream of complaints on TSB's twitter account. Last was 13h ago and someone posted the same screenshot as me a couple of days back so I know it is the same issue, not user finger trouble. (https://twitter.com/andrew171090/with_replies)
