    Right now...

Same here this evening.  No problems with any other websites, just TSB.

TSB's internet banking system is a piece of rotting garbage that should have been binned long ago. Along with their entire web development team, and replaced with the 15yo computing studies kids from the local comprehensive, who would do a better job of making a useful banking portal.

I'm not a Twitter user but just looked at their page and only see stuff they have posted.  How do I see what others are saying about/to them?
    You can put
    (in reply to "@TSB")
    or
    (Tweet includes "@TSB")
into the search bar in Twitter

Just switch. 7 or so days later you'll be with a more reliable bank.

There is no doubt the website/app have declined since they left the Lloyds systems.
I have used/seen Barclays and Santander websites and apps and they are superior, TSB seems very basic and does the minimum, which I suppose is fine for most. No snazzy card freezing features within the app and the website has a lot of rough edges and minor annoyances eg my credit card is called 'Platinum (Mastercard' which is clumsy - I can't remove that pesky ( that they added after leaving Lloyds systems in 2018, a very very minor issue but an example of those rough edges.
Also they removed pending transactions from my credit card, i'm pretty sure that feature was introduced when under Lloyds systems but has disappeared since then.

If you want an example of rough edges - look no further than the logo at the top which is squished out of proportion.
The 'Change/Upgrade Account' workflow is an incomprehensible mess as well.

Soooo many links in there are just broken or go to places which don't do what you expect. I also get the intermittent white page of death, which is sometimes solved with a refresh. I keep this junk account only because I've had it the longest. It's astounding that it's been so terrible for years and they still haven't prioritised making a basic, functional internet banking portal.

I think they're afraid of making changes at all now though, that's the problem. The 'comedy bank' name The Reg gave them is appropriate.

Quite clearly they are waiting to be sold and migrated off from Sabadell's platform.

That said many of the issues (e.g. formatting) could easily fixed but they seem to pay towards the lower end for many roles and therefore may not attract the best candidates.
