just an update, the attached has arrived with an attached N180 form from DCB enclosed0 -
It would be churlish not to respond to their offer to settle imo. I would write to them offering them £10 in full and final settlement. That way a judge cannot blame you for failing to compromise.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Good for them ...... Of course you will require them to explain to a judge what is their legal authority to add £60 per ticket and in particular the statement of truth which will probably be signed by Yasmin Mia2
