OMG you could have easily avoided that claim by responding to the LBC with some questions, getting a SAR, etc., and timing it out.  Too late now.

I mean, you'll still .likely win but this was just weeks away from the 6 years being up and all you had to to was delay it a bit.  Now you have to go through all the rigmarole of defending a court claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just my luck to be honest! This was the first correspondence i seem to have received about it!
The AOS is done, just following the steps in the Newbies thread (SAR etc) and trying to convince someone they need to go to Birkenhead for me (not an easy task!) in order to take a picture!

Why would you want a brand new picture ? ( By somebody going there )

There was an earlier post (Beamerguy) said
” Then if you can go back to the site and take pictures of the current signs, you need to do that quickly

    Post the pictures here”

Take it that it wouldn’t be useful?

It is for current rules on parking , but is no indication of its signage 6 years ago unless they were the same back then too

Gsv shows current signs showing £85 and parking rules , so check the dates gsv took them and check previous history and previous picture taking , especially 6 years ago

The claimant has inflated the charge from £85 to £155 by adding on a spurious charge of £70 and then inflated it again to over £220 , cheeky bar s (tenders)

    Total amount claimed should be £85 + £25 + £50 = £160

You don't need photos at defence stage.

Ok, I’ve compiled the SAR using the suggested format (my personal details removed but on the original).

this should go to the Parking company and their legal representatives i believe?
