So they added a false/never paid £70 'costs' on top of £85 then whacked on six years interest as a reward for sitting on their hands. Nice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Bazzoh said:Le_Kirk You've quite rightly spelled out the "Particulars of Claim" when you first used it and should do the same for Protection of Freedoms Act (2012) (POFA). Part of paragraph 3 has become detached from the rest of it.
in paragraph 3b) its written “set out in the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 ('PoFA')” should it be earlier?2 -
Evening all!Just gone to submit my defence and the website is throwing up an error code believe it or not!
I have emailed the customer service team at the email addresss provided.0 -
Why are you trying to submit a defence on MCOL when that is the opposite of the advice from @KeithP (no doubt in this very thread...) and in the TEMPLATE DEFENCE thread?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, I was keen to stop you because you nearly submitted a chewed up half a paragraph defence in a box that loses most of it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No I’m very grateful! Obviously some of you will have guessed I have some issues with things and get muddled! Thank you for your advice!2

as long as the AOS was successfully done online on MCOL, you have nothing else to do on there apart from READ the claim history to check on progress, nothing more , so treat that site as READ ONLY (and you wont be posting any paperwork either)email the defence PDF to the ccbcaq email address and check your inbox or spam folder for an auto receipt , then check next week online to see it has been officiallly logged, then await them posting the paper DQ N180 that you wont be filling in with a pen either (you can download the form and fill it in on your laptop, ready to be emailed) to the ccbcaq email address, and CC to the lawyer too (or claimant if no lawyer used)2
