I draft an email in reply to the UKPC about my data they're holding is incomplete.
Would you please check if it's correct or makes sense, English is not my first language. Thanks.Dear Data Protection Team,
Thank you for supplying the data you hold on me as the registered keeper of vehicle reg. no. xxxxx. The PCN ticket no. xxxxxxxxx that has been issued on the 26/09/2016 and the reminder issued on the 13/10/2016 has skipped my attention due to the change of an address two months prior to the alleged contravention thus, prevented me from the right to contest.
Unfortunately, the photographic data you supplied of the vehicle in subject is incomplete (1 image of the vehicle on the 18/09/2016 instead of 2, 1 image of the vehicle on the 19/09/2016 instead of 2) therefore the data is inaccurate.
In accordance with the GDPR’s Article 5:1. "Personal data shall be:
d) accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay (‘accuracy’);"
https://gdpr-info.eu/art-5-gdpr/
At the time, as a member of the PureGym located at the owner’s land: Stretford Mall, Stretford, Manchester, M32 9BD the vehicle was frequently parked legally at that car park within free parking time slot 0-3 hours as per terms and conditions of car parking and have not been left overnight as you are claiming it was, based solely on a APRN records.
I have obtained my attendance data from PureGym Stretford from the 18th and 19th September 2016 that corresponds with the time frame of your partial data (2 vehicle photos) and 2 missing vehicle photos on those days. See attached document.
Please would you confirm whether the two remaining images of the vehicle are missing due to a system fault at that time or a human action? In this case, would you please provide complete and accurate all the personal data you hold and process about me and the vehicle xxxxx. If you cannot rectify the data to be accurate please, consider an erasure of my personal data and the vehicle in subject from your system and the third parties systems who process my personal data on your behalf. Thank you.
Yours faithfully

At the time, as a member of the PureGym located at the owner’s land: Stretford Mall, Stretford, Manchester, M32 9BD the vehicle was frequently parked legally lawfully at that car park within free parking time slot 0-3 hours as per terms and conditions of car parking and have not been left overnight as you are claiming it was, based solely on a APRN ANPR records.
A couple more suggestions , plus you should not show your registration number on a public forum.
As above, I think you are doing a fine job for someone whose first language is not English.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Thanks for your suggestions, I will amend those and send it tomorrow. I missed that second reg. entry in the post I was so tired at the end of writing the letter. Can't actually believe I did this and yet ... I did it omg. Getting to my head that whole situation. The mental impact is greater then that money for the honest working person who must unwind someone's mistake from 5 years back. Ehh..1

That's a really good letter/email to send to a DPO of a parking firm when you know it was a 'double dip'. Your gym records are great evidence and your questions are phrased really well.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Would it be worth calculating the approximate time of the missing exit on day one and the missing entry on day two?
E.G. From your gym exit and entry, can you guide the parking company with approx times: "I would have left the car park at approx 5.15pm on day one so seach for images in a 30 minuite window either side of that time, and I would have entered at 3.15pm on day 2 so search for images 30 mins either side of that time".
It may help them "find" your missing photo's and make the whole claim go away.1 -

I would favour letting them go to court and emerge with a large amount of egg on their face, even perhaps have to cough up for unreasonable conduct. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -

It is clear, looking at the records the time slot they can look at is around 10min.

Hi Mrframed.
I am not sure I have made myself clear. my suggestion is that you share those times with the parking company, so that they know where to look to try and find your "missing" entry and exit.
