I have been parking on that car park for few years, no issues with an old badge up on the windscreen. They introduced the APNR in June 2016 on that car park, and in September got already messed up. I was parking on that car park few years later without an issue (yet) ... maybe I'll get another letter couple years from now

Hello,Today I have received my SAR data from UKPC. Besides from the only two pictures of my vehicle they have I can see the ticket and the final reminder that was issued on the address which I have left 2 months prior and didn't change my V5 doc. That's explains why I didn't see the letters. Also, some txt file they've obtained from DVLA that time. I have asked them to rectify my data as for the current address which they failed to mention in the email.

I did contact my gym I was attending that time and I have received the times I was at the facility. It corresponds with the time frame the photos were taken by ANPR plus (5-10min walking distance to my car).
What I supposed to do now? Who do I present my evidence to if that is an one at all?
Many thanks.PS. Still didn't get any email form DCBL ltd confirming my data rectification.

What I supposed to do now? Who do I present my evidence to if that is an one at all?A Judge, if UKPC launch a claim. I can't see that happening, but we never say never, they have 6 years to do so, just about 16 months from now! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

this is known as a double dip, and you should be going full bore at the shopping centre as a gdpr breach.
they are jointly and severally liable for the actions of their agents.
ANPR used on is own without adequate checks is not fit for purpose.
Gdpr says that data must be accurate, if there are no manual checks on anpr ovestays, such as a car park foot patrol to check to see I.
f a vehicle has overstayed, ie anpr flags up vehicle reg xxxxx has overstayed and someone goes to the car park to search for it would be a reasonable check, likewise if anpr is linked to a barrier/pay on exit system.
put simply the shopping centre had failed to ensure reasonable checks are in place, and as such you could have a claim against them.
who / where is this shopping "mall"

Double dipping is very common where cheap unserviced ANPR is in place, councils are not allowed to use them, read this
