Gas and electricity both at the 11p/40p cap today, per Guy Lipman - would be as high as 12p/45p without the cap!

    Here we go...

Well done to everyone who got it!

    https://twitter.com/energystatsuk/status/1550474037670952964

News for those that haven't seen it yet.

The Agile tariff has been updated for new customers. (old ones stay as it)

    Calculation stays the same.

But the cap is rising from 35p to 55p.

Standing charges get bumps too inline with other tariffs.

A lot of us said a V2 type cap rise was coming based on their historically good manners with tracker products.

Wowsers glad some of us on here pushed hard for people to get on Agile before this happened👍👍

Yeh, this thread is what made me take the punt on switching my (very high usage, all electric flat) mum over to it. So long as they don't announce a change to the now legacy tariff (which, I can't see why they would now they've launched a new one), she should save a huge amount this winter. Thanks all :)

I am pretty sure when tracker follows the same we are due a long, hand written apology from the doomsayers.
