The old tariffs are in Octopus Compare if that's any help?

I did scroll a long way on Octopus' tariffs page but the only Tracker that showed up was October 2024. I wondered if perhaps the 'historical' section only went back 12 months but then I was finding fixes from October 2023 so that's not the reason. Odd.
Edit: but I know the defunct versions of Tracker don't have the calculation supported (something about no API?) for external sites to show the prices so that's probably why the defunct versions aren't shown on the tariffs page, as they no longer calculate the prices for them. Whereas fixed / ordinary variable are just one set price so they can still list them accurately. Doesn't explain not seeing Dec 23 on either list though.0 -

I had that idea also but no joy. It seems that what you see under "Current" and "Historical" are not what I see. e.g. Dec 23 unless it's changed. Agile tariffs are there. "Now you sees it, now you don't" seems to be the watchword. If there's a case for showing one tou / Tracker tariff then this should apply to all.Telegraph Sam

These are what I see on Octopus Compare
(Click the arrows in top RH corner then this comes up, >> Add more products)
Again if there's no information coming from Octopus to be able to calculate the price for old Tracker tariffs then they're not going to be able to show current would-be prices.
(I did forget there was a July 24 version, which also didn't show up on Octopus' tarrifs page.)

So why is Dec 23 visible, to you, likewise July and Oct 24, but not April 24?Telegraph Sam

The issue with "All our tariffs" (apart from being quite well hidden nowadays) is that it only loads a certain number of tariffs, and you need to scroll down and load more a few times to get everything. The filter only filters what has already loaded. So that is probably why you are not getting the expected results, Sam.They are all in there if you are patient and persistent, but the third party sources are more convenient.I'm so confident that I won't be on a Tracker tariff in a couple of months, I'm not wasting any mental energy on predicting what might happen to them, beyond the short term at least.0

Believe me I went on scrolling, current and historical, till there was nothing left to load.
The "explanation" must depend on the post code that you/I sign in with. Logic in that?
I'd like to compare Dec 23 with July and Oct 24 if technically either or both are accessibleTelegraph Sam

However, I think we may have had something like this happen before and more were available again the next day, so unless it persists I'm inclined to think it could potentially just be a bit of a glitch. [Apart from the oldest versions which are fully defunct, probably.]0 -
I can "compare" Tracker Dec 23 with Tracker Oct 2024 and Agile April 24 and Agile Oct 24. Also listed separately are Agile July 24 but for this there are no calculations.
It would be helpful if there was some uniformity in the available comparisonsTelegraph Sam
