Gas is sneaking up a bit, 4.17p in West Mids tomorrow
Still cheaper than SVR. Just hoping it doesn't keep increasing!PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)1 -
Cold March, low winds and high pressure expected compared to the rest of winter and the markets are pricing that in with higher than expected demand across Europe from what I can see.pete-20-11 said:Gas is sneaking up a bit, 4.17p in West Mids tomorrow

Can't believe how much my bills have come down in just a few months since joining this. I've just been able to reduce my DD by a third. I don't really understand it but loving it. Keep thinking it's too good to be true and there's gonna be a catch.4

Both Tracker and Agile have been really cheap the last 6 months or so. Nobody can be sure it will continue but I have heard that in the past, the price difference between those tariffs and the normal one was smaller in the summer as there is not as much average wind. However it was still significantly cheaper up to now. Also in Summer I think the Agile price tends to have a big dip in the afternoon due to solar.AcerBen said:Can't believe how much my bills have come down in just a few months since joining this. Of course nobody can be sure how this will continue but as we are not locked into either tariff, we have nothing to lose right now.2 -
I'm a little worried about gas prices now, especially after recommending the tariff to a friend.
Will have to keep the fingers crossed it stays under 7p until the need for heating has gone. 🤣PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)0 -
It's back to to 4p tomorrow from 4.2p so what's the worry?pete-20-11 said:I'm a little worried about gas prices now, especially after recommending the tariff to a friend.
