disabled parking in car park

on the 12/03/2021 i parked in a car park marked with disabled signs as my car is a disabled car i put both my disabled cards on dash as i drove in car park but as ive got a niro2 the cards move on my dash to passangers side , was parked for 18 mins and got a parking notice sent to me from national parking enforcement , i told them i was a disabled driver and sent them copys of my cards but thay still say i have to pay costs of 100 pounds , as ive sent them copys of my cards and said i had them on my car when i pulled in do i have to pay them ???

You only have to pay if a judge says so , in a court hearing
More importantly , what was the alleged contravention that led to the PCN being issued ?
Plus show us pictures of the signs so we can see what blue badge holders are required to do to comply
Those bays need you to be able to read the signs without leaving the driving seat2 -
there are no signs just a blue sign saying disabled parking0

There must be signs up , so check again , the parking company issued a PCN because the driver fails to follow the rules on the signs !
Signs are required to form the contract with the driver
Name the location and post pictures of the signs2 -
alleged contravention was badges not on display at night when thay where on the passanger side , tried to call them only a phone number for payment only nothing else so i cant speak to any one at all ??

Post pictures of the signs and give us the location too
Redact the NTK PCN using white card over your name , address , VRM plus the PCN reference , take a picture and post that on here too
We need to see all the relevant information to assist

But do not get another ticket or PCN , park on the public road !!
You don't have to go out to post a picture of your redacted PCN that came in the post , just attach it to your reply
Plus you could give us the details of that car park , address etc1 -
