No. You sent your defence which was written in the third person defending what the allegation in the PoC claimed. Your WS is your version of events written in the first person, expanding on what your defence pointed out.

The WS by baz417 is contained in their own live thread and not a pinned "sticky".  As of typing this their thread is just below yours on the first page of non pinned sticky threads. I think there are dropbox links for the WS on that thread.

I can't.  It's a Dropbox link in his thread and the bundle contains images as exhibits.

It is always better if posters navigate their own way round the forum; more and better learning is achieved that way. Clue: click on (any) @name to be taken to that poster's profile and from there you can see what threads have been started. Warning with this one, there are several Dropbox links so make sure you use the latest one.

Letter arrived today from BS Legal (I think that name suits them more)

Notice of Discontinuance.  So after countless bullying letters over the years, reams and reams of photocopying and printing blurred photos, and virtually as we are on the courtroom steps, they give up.  I reckon they KNEW they would if we refused to back down, they just gambled on us caving in.  So thank you to all the patient experts on the forum, we could not have done it without you.  IN YOUR FACE NCP

You are right and play the game with this lot.

Most court judges are very aware of the parking scam and the legals who get involved. There was a time it was probably an easy win for them as judges did not understand but now they do.  Not every judge mind you but most

So for a legal, they employ and pay for a "rent by the hour" firm to which most are not up to par, meaning the chances now of a legal being spanked in court over a futile claim is high and then of course there are costs against them

It really is not smart to bring a futile claim anymore. But the fools started the ball rolling so they have no option but to discontinue.

As DCBL have found this out to their cost ..... 170 of them and growing

Think of this call for evidence when strolling around your town and you spot car parks at churches, shops & businesses that are unrestricted yet there is no abuse, no 'carmageddon'!

OR supermarkets with £70 PCNs only.

OR hospitals with £50 or £60 to deter abuse.

All I need is photos and location.

I will do the rest... just post photos for me...

I can PROMISE this evidence will be seen by the decision-makers because I'm on the Code of Practice Government Steering Group representing motorists, and the DLUHC will read my submissions.
