Went in today and although there was nothing for me there are many bargains including

Wide selection of gents shorts @ £1.00 all sizes and colours
Gents light weight trousers like cargo and drill @ £1.00 maily smaller sizes
School dresses in several colours and sizes @ £1.00
Womens clothing t-shirts, blouses, skirts, shorts, dresses @ £1.00 mainly 8's and 10's with some 12's and very few bigger sizes

ps the one in the south its in newcastle - been there and spent loads nearish to metro center

Just in case anyone is thinking about going here over the weekend I wouldn't bother. There are very few offers on, most stuff is a straight half price and some of the stuff in the Rogers and Rogers collection has been hanging around the store for a very long time.

Is there much kids clothes with big reductions, my kids are forever growing out of stuff. Is it all clothes or do they have homewares too? Must go for a wee nose sometime soon!!

Sorry I didn't look at the childrens clothes although customers seemed to be buying them as opposed to adult clothing where most people were buying odd items. Usually people are leaving with huge bags full.

There is a section with Rogers and Rogers, think it is 18 - 26, all at half main store price. Some of the items are stock from about 2 years ago and I don't think they are that great bargains. If you really need clothes they are better prices than some shops but if you are looking to revamp your wardrobe might be better to wait on better offers. Last year in June they had a buy one get one free and all Rogers and Rogers was reduced further. The offers in store were definitely better last year as they had good offers throughout the store. When I was in last week there were only a couple of rails of good offers and one tshirt that I bought in the main store was dearer in the clearance. Think it is hit and miss but many of the clearance stores have not had good offers this year compared to last. Is worth a visit if you are in the area but don't think it is worth a special journey.

Was in Matalan today. Some Rogers and Rogers was 75% off think there is about 3 rails, couple of long cardigans brown and grey, some light cotton long tops and light weight skirts. Had lot of fine jumpers in Ladies range and they were under £2.00 can't remember exactly. Lots of swimming seperates around £2.00. Better than it has been for a while but heard several people complaining at the lack of summer wear.
