I find it easier to resist junk food if I don't have it in the house. I try going shopping with a list and I try to be strict to only buy what is on the list.

I prefer to have it in and be bored of it…nothing in equals frantic shopping. Having it in means I can think ‘no don’t buy that exciting item, because you have some old boring ‘insert item here’ in case you get desperate’. 😬

    Happy Sunday 🌸🌞
I declared an NSD yesterday and then spent something 🤭, so today will be an undeclared NSD to even it out…oops! Bonio’s, a new toothbrush and some fentimans pop if you were wondering 😬
Mr T food shop comes today with all the healthy stuff…wish me luck ☹️
I made my first soup in the soup maker yesterday, just a chunky veg one, very basic, but surprisingly easy and not bad at all!
I hope everyone has a great day ⭐️🌺

Good morning and happy Monday (sobs quietly) 🌺☀️
    Back to work today..sigh.
No spends planned and slimming world style eating…it’s always a bit hard until the mojo kicks in and I get used to the regime ☹️ Yesterday I made the beef and bean hotpot from my old favourite sw recipes. Tonight I think it will be Cajun chicken and rice.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day ⭐️☕️

Happy Monday and Happy New Diet Day @WinterWarrior

Just remember not to change everything at once, its not a race so having a slimming world lunch and dinner but a breakfast of your chosing (within reason) will still be more than before and a step in the right direction. Anything you change should feel sustainable for the long term :)

Good morning, I'm also back to work today after my unexpected week off.  I did the grocery shopping this morning after reading your post and tried to buy fewer snacks and more proper food for meals. Cajun chicken sounds very tasty.

Good morning and Happy Tuesday ⭐️🌞
you will be pleased to see I survived my first day back at work and my first day of eating better! I have woken up STARVING 🤣 it must be all psychological, but it’s always the first diet hump to get over. I will have porridge at 10am, but coffee in half an hour. I will survive (feel free to sing that, I did 😬).
I spent yesterday…on unnecessary things (chocolate for MrWW and some different fentimans that was on offer) so today will be an NSD. In fact the rest of the month should be…I have £30 left if I’m not going to blow the July budget..holidays, car and birthday week derailed everything  🤦🏻‍♀️
Have a wonderful Tuesday. Do let me know what you are getting up to ☕️🌺

Good morning. I woke up hungry too - I take that as proof that I haven't overeaten the day before.
