Good morning and happy Thursday 🌞🧚‍♂️

My week off is flying by. I need to order a birthday present for a friend at some point so it may not be an NSD. Yesterday some late birthday presents arrived, so that was very nice to stretch it out. Some beautiful yellow roses from an old school friend, some beauty balm from another and a scarf with dogs on from my niece. Lovely. I’m feeling guilty about the roses as I can’t remember if I sent her anything this year, her birthday was around the time my dad died and I think I lost a month. I did cut right down on presents when I was hammering my loans, so now they are gone I can afford to be kinder.
I am hoping on Monday to be able to buy another set of pb’s if my spending hasn’t been too wild. I guess I should wait for the month end, but that might lead to me spending it..
I have no idea what today will bring, but if I earn thousands on Fitbit steps I will let you know 🤣

Just catching up have been a bit awol! Loved the coffee & biscuit talk. Am a complete coffee addict & have spent a lot of money on coffee machines but I love my cafetière & have found a cheap coffee I really really like so have got rid of all machines.

Thank you. Before my bean to cup I was the same. I have a lovely double wall insulated chrome cafetière that worked much better than the pod machines.

Happy Friday…it’s that sad ‘oh no, where did the week off go?’ feeling today 😦
yesterday we went to a local beauty spot to photograph a really picturesque waterfall. People sometimes fish there (I presume salmon), but it’s off the beaten track so we were the only ones there until we left when a fisherman was just casting off. 

MrWW is driving again so can take his car for it’s mot. I will drive in with dog and pick him up and then we’ll go somewhere, much betting than hanging around for hours like on Monday. 

The big seagull is shouting on the kitchen windowsill…I’ve created a monster!
