Today I finally finished all the shredding 🥳. The new shredder was a game changer.
Then I did some sanding and painting. The wardrobe doors have decided they’ll need at least 3 coats of my very dark paint, so I had to order another pot…I won’t have enough for all of the woodwork otherwise. What’s more annoying is it’s from dun£lm, their own range, so I will need to rely on evr1 to deliver it. They are saying Wednesday, but I wouldn’t bet money on it being here for weeks. 

I did find a different chair to order, but sadly it’s a fair bit more than the pr*me one…sigh. It will look good though (for at least 5 minutes until the boys get their claws into it).

The shredder sounds like a godsend for you. 

I think I’ve had the worse snackcident day ever today - not sure what got into me .

We tried that and weirdly it didn’t seem to burn well…I’m not sure what went wrong!

Work today and then I got another coat of paint on the doors after tea. 

My ordering frenzy has mostly been posted out today, but with varying expected by dates. I haven’t spent anything today and long may it continue! I hope to not need anything else until it comes to the flooring. The carpet is threadbare and we aren’t blessed with floorboards underneath, just shoddy big planks of chipboard 😢
I hope you have all had a good day 🌟 I’m going to catch up with everyone’s diaries now…

Winter Warrior….make room on that sofa I  raise you a packet of out of date gluten free chocolate chip cookies that I’d bought in for dd the Christmas before last 😂😂😂😂 they still tasted good. A packet of quavers, half a dozen chocolates left over from Christmas and lemon curd on toast all between meals yesterday.  Ice cream with blue sherbet on in an oyster shell…..lasagne and salad and most of ds rich chocolate tart with fresh cream on  - I didn’t order my own but ate 2/3 rd of his and a fair chunk of dds syrup sponge and custard after the air show on Sunday…I’d have been better ordering my own 😵‍💫 Saturday at the market was a hot roast pork butty with apple sauce and stuffing followed by a jam doughnut and latte in Gregg…at least I resisted the sausage rolls. Today I’m visiting my brother which will involve biscuits . So much for all my good intentions…..no idea what has got into me. 😀 I loose and then put it straight back on.

@milann I’m the same at the moment. I can’t stop! I really, really want a icecream oyster with blue sherbet now…and a hot roast pork butty with apple sauce 🤤
