Well the stamps went in a bin bag and are somewhere in the tip, I had no idea the exchange date would be active after the last use date. 

I was hoping to go to the pictures today, but I had a feeling MrWW would cry off 😖 We went out for lunch to the usual place and then to the tip with lots of bags and then watched a film at home. I was pretty fed up about not going to the pictures as I get pretty bored of the same old stuff. I feel like I wasted a day off really, I’d have had more fun clearing out more of the office and peeling some paper. I ate rather a lot of L1dl popcorn….fingers crossed the pound doesn’t whizz back on 😅
I had a £24 topcashbck payment which landed today, so that was a small win, I think I’ll round it up for a pb. I wonder if any of us will win big this week?

I looked at the big win locations and holdings and I'm definitely not on the list. I noticed that the 2 millionaires only just bought their PBs, one in Dec 22 and the other one earlier this year.

Zero pb wins for me this month. I don’t seem to be very lucky, but the anticipation is fun for a while. 31 days to go until the next draw 😅
Just work again today. It’s quite frustrating sitting in the half cleared office, looking at all the things I’d rather be doing 😬

Happy Thursday everyone. 

The big dd’s are all out and I paid my annual car insurance, so I’m back to the usual plodding. I do prefer it when I know I’m paid up for the month! I chased the plumber a few days ago and still haven’t received that invoice. I’ve no idea why it’s taking so long. We’ve chased the roofers for a start date for that little job, but haven’t heard back on that either. I’m hoping it won’t be long. 

Other than that it’s all work here. I’m looking forward to the weekend when I can get on with some more emptying and wallpaper peeling 😁
the pound I lost came back yesterday and then I managed to drop half of it back off again today 🤭 Maybe by the weekend I’ll kick it off for good!

Good morning and happy Friday 🎉👏
I’m hoping for an early finish today so I can get a head start on some more clearing of the cupboards. It’s at the ‘you can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs’ stage, so it looks like an episode of super hoarders, but is actually much clearer, with most of the fitted cupboards empty now…I just have about 30 weeks of shredding to do and to make some harsh decisions on what to do with the things I’d like to keep 😖
I have woken up really hungry this morning with a hankering for a big pile of toast and butter, I might risk a slice 😅
I have an accreditation to do at work, it’s supposed to give you a year to complete, but with the delay setting up I actually have just 11 months. I’m not looking forward to it as it’s terribly dry and long winded and exams are not my strong point as I have a sieve like memory for uninteresting things, unless I’m doing them day in day out. Anyway, I’m hoping to get it done a lot sooner if I can squeeze it all in around work. I think I’d rather dedicate some of my own time to it and get it out of the way quicker. Work pay for it so it’s kind of like a pass or look like a public idiot worry on my mind 😬
I did a touch of unnecessary spending yesterday…for anyone without willpower I suggest you look away now, but the moomin items at house of disaster were my downfall 🤭
