I feel a bit sorry for that cat being left with a food timer and a cat flap. Ours has the next door neighbour minding her if we go anywhere and the neighbour spends ages with Fatso giving loves and adoration (and sending me photos). No wonder cat prefers your house.2

I have finished the Xmas chocolates now, so glad I gave some away!! So more healthier eating is going to start, I'm not dieting though, I just love food too much 🤣 mind you I'm no skinny Minnie, more overly cuddly, thats what I like to think anyway!£1 a day 2025: £90.00/365 Xmas fund2

Good morning and happy Saturday ☕️☕️❄️
I agree Cranky, they are asking for him to wander by leaving him alone, cats do like company. Nanny’s not my cat would agree. He was bouncing on the doorstep this morning, so must have decided to breakfast at ours instead of going home. It was a freezing night to be out in, but if he has a cat flap then I guess he’s choosing to do it! He’ll be getting us in to trouble.
I won the lottery last night 🥳, but sadly only enough for a few more tickets 😖 Ah well, maybe tonight will be the big one.
the scales did their lovely Saturday morning dive. Weighing at 9 instead of 7 makes all the difference 🤭 I am teetering on the edge of the 4lbs badge. 0.1 of a pound to go!We will be out for lunch today, but all counted. This will be the last of the lunches for a few weeks as MrWW’s shift pattern is heading into the weekends for a while 😢
Nanny you might regret giving some away! I have enough to last me until summer and I’m hoping that will keep my chocolate budget down…although I may spring for a few more white chocolate cream eggs 😋

My cat definitely does not like company, ours or that of other cats! We leave her when we go away for the weekend now as she always got stressed going to the cattery. It's only one full day we are away, and she has her food, the cat flap and a litter tray. She's much happier that way as she doesn't particularly like being handled, and just likes to be left alone. She's always been the same, when we got her, she wasn't with the other kittens, she was tucked away in the kitchen in the veg rack
Well done on the weightloss! I also won the lottery last night, it must have been a good night for it. When I moved back into my little study this week I had a tidy up and found the missing box of chocolates that should have been a Christmas present. It was replaced weeks ago when I couldn't find it (and happily subbed by MrT for the much bigger box at the same on offer price!) so it was surplus to requirements. It would have been rude not to hide it behind my printer and eat one every time someone annoyed me. Gone in a few hours obviously, and a kilo up in the week as a result. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

@jwil mine are hiders too. If anyone comes in the house it’s like we just have umpteen litter trays, but no cats 🤭 I put it down to them being house cats, so they don’t understand other people.
@redofromstart what a find 😋 I’ve been known to have office chocolates too, but I daren’t right now!Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I still have lots of Christmas crocs left too. I have been happy to just have a couple of chops a day though….I can put the lid on and walk away sometimes…..other times I have to have to see how big I can get the pile of wrappers 🤷🏻♀️January spends - £587.583

I like to have some chocolate a day, even if it’s small and calorie counted. Chocolate is an essential food group. (And I may have a new white chocolate cream egg in the fridge 😬).Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien
