Me too!  Our nearest SM is oner 5 miles away, the next nearest about 8 miles.

My nearest is 11 miles, the nearest bigger one with petrol station and small clothes section is over 30. It’s a day trip to go to a proper superstore 😅

Yes, I'm quite lucky. I drive and my town have a L1dl, @ldi, T3sco and W@itrose. A M0rrisons in the next town along as well.

I hope you’ve all had a good day. We had lunch out (I chose macaroni cheese and chips) and then I’ve just been pottering. Nothing much to report today. MrWW is on nights so I am currently unsupervised and watching things normally frowned upon 🤣 I am watching The Staircase documentary on Netflix.

Today wasn’t very sunny, but still warm and occasionally drizzly. I took dog for her drive (she insisted) and spent some on line money on a couple of cheap ground level stone bird baths. One for the front and one for the back. I read recently we should leave water out in summer for hedgehogs when it’s dry, so I wanted something low and shallow. At my old house I was feeding the neighbours coy carp while they were away and horrifically found a drowned hedgehog in the pond as it had fallen in overnight.  Asked them to put in a ramp, but I don’t know if they ever did 😢 Our local cattle grids have small animal ramps and I’m always please to see that. 🦔 
We've had some speed check lights put up in the village, so it tells you what speed you are doing. Very sensible as we are on a massive stretch of national speed limit road with a small section of 30 through the village. I may be weird, but I like a nice green flashy speed sign and a thank you…it’s like the road is talking to you, a virtual driving pat on the back 🤣 I may have started a new habit of talking to the signs, ‘yes, you’re welcome, thank you for noticing’ 😬

Good morning and happy Monday ☕️🍫📚🍦
Today is no work, but mot and service day. Always a nervous money time. I like a solid bill, whether it’s £10 or a £1000…something to plan for. The it could be between £200 and infinity is worrying for me 😅
Poor MrWW can’t go to bed until we’ve been into town, so he can bring me back. 

Last night I was unsupervised and ordered a load of boxes and trays for organising the fridge and kitchen cupboards. I blame those American storage ladies on Netflix, they have a lot to answer for! Nearly £100 😳. They better be good. As that’s half my July spending money…or it could come out of my bday money, if I think they are worth it when they come…I hate to waste a present 🤣
