My books came and some of the storage….while we were out! The annoying postie took them away..grrr. The nice one leaves things safe for us, but must have been having a day off. I’m hoping to collect them tomorrow. The lunch was lovely, we stopped to look at the beach (lots of surfers) and then called at the pet place and bnm…where I resisted all chocolate as I was bursting from a remarkable brownie sundae.
I have been doing a ‘thank you’ hack I read about. If you find a nice bar of chocolate (a bigger flat one, not a single portion) on prime, you can send it with a gift message. So, in this case it cost me 98p per ‘thank you card’, but the recipient gets chocolate and it’s not much dearer (if at all) than buying a card and a stamp. Clever isn’t it? I keep fridge and cupboards tidyish without containers but I wouldn't give back my herb pot turntable from hbs. Dd bought one a couple of months ago and I was impressed so bought one and its great, I can access all my herbs on it and I'm buying another one for my spices, they are really inexpensive as well!!

Today I am in cupboard sorting heaven 🤣. I have done some more organising and am now waiting for the seals to dry on the just washed air tight containers so I can fill those 😬
After all the sorting I find that my fridge is about 50% pop/drinks, 30% chocolate, 20% meat, veg, milk and condiments. 😳
I hope you are all having a nice day ☕️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien
