I did survive, thank you. We have meetings nearly every day, some days there are more meetings than work 😖 if it’s not team meetings, it’s the extended teams meetings, finance meetings, customer meetings, meetings about meetings, individual calls trying to work out what we were asked in the last meeting 🤣 
Never mind…I’m cheering myself up by watching the news 😬 I hope they don’t start charging us for air, I’m enjoying it while it’s still free!

Good morning and happy Thursday 📚☕️🧁
I ended up spending on some spray and stretchers for my new boots, which are so pretty, but much tighter than advertised. I had a bit of an ugly sister moment trying to cram them on, but sending them back for a refund would be painful and time consuming 😖 Hopefully the stretch spray is magic as I have 2 too tight pairs that are so beautiful and unusual I really want to keep them.
Its just work today and nothing exciting 😢

I'm going to work in the office today, we have a team dinner booked. I'm looking forward to a gorgeous falafel wrap for lunch, a rare treat since I started working from home.

Good morning and happy Friday…at last! What a very, very long week! 

I had a very good calorie day on Wednesday and then a bad one yesterday. I will try again today. Yesterday threw me as MrWW was on nights so I made him a meal at lunch time and joined in…then my small evening meal turned into several snacks 🙄
It seems like it will be a lovely day out there again.
I hope you all have a happy Friday filled will happiness and chocolate 🍫🌞☕️📚

Good morning. I'm having a garden catch up day today. Grass needs cutting, roses need dead heading, I have a space that needs turning into a veg/flower bed which will all be good exercise even if I have to have plenty of rest stops. My day will have plenty of happy but hopefully not much chocolate. I've printed off the "one pound a week" chart that SA gave us the link for.....

Almost the weekend!
I'm trying to cut on carbs but L1dl sabotaged me this morning with the Italian week, I have a 500g bag of fennel seeds tarallini that will not see the end of day 😆
