Today is a day of calorie counting as yesterday got away from me! Today will also be a no spend day as yesterday got away from me!
I have a dreadful workshop with (shudder) break out sessions this afternoon…my idea of hell! And to add insult to injury it starts at 12….12 😡 … what about lunch I wail silently. Luckily I don’t have a meeting before so will be skipping off for an early break, it will save everyone else having to listen to me snivel when I forget to go on mute 😬

Breakout groups, lunchtime meetings, I'm glad I don't work in an office anymore. Where I worked meetings were more civil with coffee and cakes and if they were held on a Friday afternoon we would finish a little early!!
