Do you eat more when working? I do. I've just had two cheap imitation chocolate hob nobs. Doing my best to not eat lunch before 1pm. Some days I've ate it by 10.30 🤣
Today (as every workday) I have carrot and celery sticks. Turkey mayo and lettuce bagel and an apple. Plus my biscuits obvs.

Not always. But I tend to have toast at 10 am, which I shouldn’t and then lunch.
