Can you source low calorie versions of your chocolate and crisps? Quite a few crisps are below 100 calories now. Would a fun size version of chocolate satisfy your cravings? Milky Way and Curly Wurly used to be good calorie wise, if you can still get them. Could you earmark 200 calories, 100 for crisps and 100 for a small chocolate bar? Can you try and move more to burn calories, start small then build it up? I have a desk job but purposefully plan my day around breaks to get some exercise. A low calorie hot chocolate drink to get the chocolate fix?

There you go, you’ve got a plan 👍 I’ve seen multi packs of under 100 calorie snacks, I think Skips were one of the contents. Of course you have to stick to the one pack and the one Freddo 🤣 It took me ages to wean myself of things like this but I’m now at the stage where I can take them or leave them. I enjoy a tiny WW choc bar or a couple of their biscuits with a coffee in the morning but am now more than happy with a small amount. Years ago I could do a packet of biscuits in one sitting, now I can eat 2 biscuits at the most before I feel sick. It takes time to retrain yourself but it’s definitely doable.

Someone on your thread mentioned the mini egg chocolate & a friend picked me up a bar earlier.
    It is very nice.

The wind is fairly getting up now.

  • NHS website has recommended calories for losing with its BMI calculator I think.
1422 cals for the lower end of the scale (which it recommends to aim for to lose 1-2 lbs per week), so I’m not far off. MyFitnessPal says 1200.

  • I've seen the mini egg chocolate it's like a bar of diary milk but with mini eggs in I expect? I like the originals. Not diet friendly. I actually don't like the term diet it's too like deprevation. Healthy eatting plan sounds better not that I do that either your doing well WW 👍

  • Healthy eating plans make me go up…I get a bit carried away eating all of the healthy stuff 🤣
I’ll be back to eating once I can fit my jeans properly I promise. Tonight I had a Turkish delight as I had enough calories left…you know I’m not saintly 😬

Could you keep the Freddo in the fridge so it’s ‘harder’ to eat ?
