Happy Friday. I don't read anywhere near as many books as you do. I average around 3 a month, depends on how thick they are and how much I'm enjoying them. I've never been to Scotland either although I'd like to.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Ive been to Scotland but never Whitby or Scarborough. There so many places in the UK to visit but am happy staying local now we have only one dog and one cat as although dog come come with us we won't leave one cat alone or in cattery. Hopefully no holidays for many years to come as I have no intention of losing either of them as much as pusscat is a pain in the bum!Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

@moving_forward I have taken my cat on holiday with me to a rented cottage , where she was happy with a walled garden and a deep window to sit in and look at the sea. The dog came too so she was free to annoy her as usual. Nowadays I take the dog and the two cats are let in and out by my dog walker.Credit card One :£926.60( Oct 21 )(Nov 21 vet bill disaster), £999(Jan 22), £974(Feb 22)

Thank you @Scottiedog_3. We have considered taking pusscat but he hates being indoors and would probally use dog as a ladder to get out of said walled garden. A walled garden cottage by the sea does sound fabulous and definitely something to consider when the cats a bit older and less mobile 😂Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

@Scottiedog_3 she’s beautiful 😻 thank you for sharing. I have had some really pretty and unusual cats in the past, but my current lot are bog standard (but wonderful obviously) with 2 black and 2 tabby. I think I need to inject some colour after losing my ginger boy.Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I love Scotland, we got married in Orkney and had a lovely holiday travelling around Scotland in our camper van a few years ago."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2
