  • It's not you @beanielou I am a sucker for shiny stickers colourful stationery things. I spend alot of my pocket money on such like. Also cookbooks. Got school dinners first mentioned on mse and both the takeaway secret books on Kindle app along with many more. I try and pretend I'm saintly but I'm more like a devil.

Gosh it moves fast in here - love slippers especially as I am clumsy and stub my toes regularly otherwise.  Prefer nice sheepskin ones if somebody else is paying.

I like the idea of stickers but the reality is I just CBA to use them.  I too had an organised mum diary with stickers and tear out lists and used it for about a month.

My MSE influenced purchases tend to be more kindle related now.

I like your style @redofromstart, posh slippers are all the warmer when purchased by someone else.
I make a point of using stickers on every entry on my journal, and coloured pens, etc. I was in the habit of getting nice things and ‘saving them’ which is bonkers! Now I try to enjoy everything I have and will replace them if I use them all up.

  • Ooh all run and break into @redofromstart house and steal unused stickers. Anyone got any spare tights we can use as masks?

Are you eyeing up her slippers too? Perhaps she’ll trade you for your mini eggs? 😁

  • Wash your mouth out with soapy water miss WW no-one is getting my mini eggs.
As for slippers I have my own. I get through lots of pairs as I may or may not have very wiffy feet and have to wash them frequently.

I am busying myself researching a possible Scottish holiday for next year after reading a book by someone based near Wigtown, Devorgilla Days, anyone else read it? it’s the first book I feel like reading again straight away.
@carolbee Thank you so much for mentioning the Devorgilla book. It's wonderful. Galloway is one of my favourite areas of Scotland. The  Book Town itself is great - for books, dog friendly cafes and interesting people.

I’ve never been to Scotland. I’m in the bottom right hand corner of UK, so a bit of a hike.....
