Ah I forgot to report a spend. The kindle books I am buying are in sets of 3, which is cheaper, but on starting the second set I realised it had been mislabelled as set 2, when it was in fact set 3! So I purchased set 3, but they should keep me going for a while. It took me a chapter to realise that I’d missed out a huge chunk of battles, personal troubles and a promotion! Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

One of my dds is an avid reader, but she likes proper books so I usually get them after her if she I might be interested, and then I give them back, just like a library, which I do use as well. Most of my books I own these days are ones I cherish and reread them about once a year!
Have a lovely weekend

So happy your furbaby is feeling better. I love sewing and have watched some quilting videos to help me match my seams, trouble is I am usually working with vinyl or leather so one stitch wrong and I pay for it.
Enjoy your new books.*Stop giving up what you really want for what you want now*

@nannygladys I have drilled my ‘real library’ down to ones I read again and again (it’s still large), but am replacing a lot of the elderly series on kindle as they are disintegrating with use!@Its_time thank you. Vinyl and leather must be hard, what do you make with those? You will all see from my signature that I’ve blown this weeks budget out of the water by ordering some raspberry fentimans and some lemonade shandy fentimans for some nice treat drinks for the month. So now I need a full week of NSD’s…which will really help towards my target of 15 for September 😬
Sorry @Sun_Addict..I did think, but I still clicked 😖

Good morning and happy Sunday 📚🍫☕️Up early as dog wanted to go out, so I was in the garden in jeans and nightshirt 😬 Now I’m back in bed, but despite having a bonio and snaffling the cats nabber mix she thinks she’d like breakfast so is laying in between us with her head on my shoulder moaning and occasionally bopping me with her giant paw…rude!Today we will go for our weekly drive, so that will entertain her for a little bit.I managed to clean my craft desk yesterday, got everything tidied in boxes and made a start on rather a lot of shredding while watching some of season 4 of Good Girls. I will try and get my work side sorted today…at least so I can see the floor and desk…it’s kind of crept up on me 😖
I have declared early for an NSD as I really need a full week of them or I’ll be robbing Peter to pay Paul with next weeks budget! I am finding saving much, much harder than paying loan payments 🙄🤔🤦🏻♀️I hope you all have wonderful relaxing Sundays filled with good things ⭐️🎈☕️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Happy Sunday ☕️Do you buy your Fentimans from Amazon? Would it be cheaper buying from the supermarket with your online delivery or direct from Fentimans?I think you have to get in a savings mindset so it becomes second nature. You just need to keep practicing 😊I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3
