Good morning and happy Wednesday 🌺🌸
It’s rainy and miserable here!
The pound (in weight) I lost over the last 2 days has jumped back on and it sounds like the leak we had repaired a few month ago has returned. Not as loud as before, but there’s definitely a sound under the house, so the plumber will have to be called. Last time it was £80 and definitely not budgeted for 😖

Good morning and happy Thursday 🍪🌞
today will not be an NSD as I need curtain tape (for money saving curtain repurposing) and a few other bits. 

The leak was fixed yesterday, but the bill won’t turn up for a few weeks I expect! 

I don’t have anything exciting to say, as it’s just a run of the mill workday, but wanted to wish you all a very wonderful Thursday. If anything amazing happens I will pop back to report it 😂

Good morning. I'm happy to hear that your leak was fixed. I don't like running water where it's not supposed to be....I quite like quiet days - there's a lot to be said for lack of trauma and/or other events.

Afternoon WW Glad the leak is fixed. Agree with Cranky that water can cause untold damage behind the scenes without you realising it. Trust me, I know! My days are quiet and actually a bit boring lately. I think I'm suffering empty nest syndrome even though I've still got DD and DS at home. But they don't need me and certainly aren't looking for me to entertain them any more with days out to the beach/activities etc. I'm now a discarded heap in the corner Have a good day. x

I also feel like a discarded heap in the corner, just at work 😧 Luckily my support cat sat on my knee through the last hour of training (on teams camera!) before lunch. I’m not sure if he’s planning to continue the support this afternoon 🙃
MrWW was due to go into the office today, but his back went, so instead of having a blissful empty house day I now have an invalid muttering that I put too much milk on his cereal and wanting to know when my course finishes 🙄
