Sounds like a great day off indeed. My dog always rummages in my bag when I’ve been out.

Good morning and happy Tuesday 🌺⭐️
I can’t say I’m looking forward to work today!
My biscuits came yesterday instead of today, so I have no parcels to look forward to. The cherry and chocolate chip cookies were very nice…I thought I’d better sample 2 last night to check for poison…
my big dd’s have gone out now, I just have the car insurance which will go out on the 23rd I think and a couple of little ones.My spending money has practically gone, so I declare today an NSD!
I hope you all have wonderful days ☕️☕️🍫

Morning WW :) Definitely worth doing a quality control check on the biscuits, just in case they weren't up to standard! Is it just this weeks spending money that's nearly gone? If so, not long to go before you get more :) Good luck with the NSD's. Have a good day. x

Ah @teafor2 it depends on my creative accounting! Really it’s all month, but that’s not doable, so I have had a rejiggle and have freed up £90 to last for August (after all fixed bills and expected expenses). that will be enough (stamps foot) 😬
On the plus side the NSD’s will be incredible this month 🤣

Oh crikey  :D Are you being too strict with your spends do you think or would you just spend whatever you gave yourself? Creative accounting is an art form - don't let anybody tell you otherwise :p

My spending money does seem to be a target instead of a ceiling…I really need to get a grip! I forgot I had a heavy item to post and didn’t expect to pay to eat out, so it’s a budget issue as well as a spending issue.
It’s my first few months with no consumer debt and I’m trying to teach myself to save the difference instead of spend it. My old habit was to add to the credit card and clear at the end of each month, so now I’m tempted to do the same thing, but take from savings to pay back at the end of the month. I really need to kick that habit as borrowings just reduce next months free money and it all happens again!
So I have £90 free money, but I will try not to use it all..just 4 weeks to go, what could possibly go wrong 😁

The target comment made me laugh  :D Well done on not having any consumer debt, that's a brilliant achievement. I'll be cheering you on with your £90 for August challenge.
