Step away from the Maltesers @WinterWarrior!You’re in the right place, I have to dust off the bottle when I bring mine out, but I enjoy it when I do.
I tried some fizzy white wine in cans and it was almost as good as from a bottle, maybe not quite as fizzy. I was all for ordering more, but the price shot up to nearly double! Why does Amazon do that?At the moment I have a box of bags of Maltesers in my basket…I really want them!1 -

You're sounding very organised for August @WinterWarrior. To make your fun budget go further could you 'earn' your treats using survey sites? Ones like Sw@gbucks pay in Amaz*n vouchers...when I'm being max-frugal I'm not allowed to buy stuff until I've earned the money. Plus coffee, gin, books, cats and chocolate sounds like my personal heaven. Just chuck in a window seat for perfect happiness 🤔3

just one day to go to pay day and to Friday 😃 I can do this!I finished curious minds by Janet Evanovich yesterday. I really enjoyed it, but that’s the last one in that series (just 2 so far). I will start A Good Day for Chardonnay by Darynda Jones today. It’s number 2 in a series and was a pre order. I read the first one last year and was waiting for the next. Oddly my kindle only downloaded to 98% and got stuck, which has never happened before, so I’m hoping it sorts itself out this morning!I’m still trying to be good…nearly 3 weeks in and just 2lbs down 😦 only 12 more to go 😖
