In which case why will you not give fuller details of your problem?

Take a deep breath, and explain exactly what has happened.  A timeline.
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

Are you in the middle of an in specie transfer from HL?  If so you would expect your investments to come across in dribs and drabs over time.  The full transfer could take months.  That timeline and process is not specific to an HL to II transfer, it is general in the industry.

There will be times when investments will have left your HL account but will not appear in your II account for some time.

Having and IT background I believe they have run some jobs and completely screwed my accounts up.
A little knowledge can be very dangerous!  You may believe that your IT background gives you some sort of insight into what's happened but it really doesn't, as you have nothing like enough information on which to make a realistic diagnosis.

If I don't get this resolved tomorrow what do I do? Basically very little. I have written to the financial Ombudsman and received the standard Covid we'll get back to you reply. The only remedy I think is a legal one. I need to appoint solicitors to sue them
What's the significance of tomorrow?  I'm sure it's all very stressful but imposing arbitrary deadlines is unlikely to be productive, and appointing solicitors at this stage would be a complete waste of time and money.

My gripe with MSE is that I took II from a recommendation from this site.
MSE doesn't make recommendations as such and highlights at the foot of each page:

One benefit of taking this approach is that they can also assist you with your forthcoming libel case.

Well, my accounts with II were absolutely normal this afternoon. So it is you rather than them.

I suspect that you have been flagged for potential money-laundering, which means that while they are investigating they cannot tell you what is wrong. Not to worry: your investments will still be there when all is resolved and will probably have grown far more thanks to a long period during which you could not tinker with them.

I'm not saying this will fix your problem, but what time does your laptop/computer have? I had a similar problem on a system a week ago which was caused by my time being out by an hour because of the recent clock change.

Is that from the mobile app or a browser?  If it's the mobile app, have you tried from a browser on a PC?  If it's from a browser on a PC, have you tried a different browser and/or a different PC?

If it's any consolation, someone else has posted the same symptom recently on another forum, albeit without a solution being shared yet:
