How is it a giant Ponzi scheme, how does the Ponzi scheme work? Is it like a bernie madoff scheme?NROSE_2 said:I know the entire UK financial services industry is basically a gigantic Ponzi like scam but at the moment II have stolen all my money, or they may as well have, and I have no recourse to anyone.0 -
No it is not a password issue the accounts, containing HUNDREDS of thousands of pound are GONE including my SIPP
And this has been the case for 2 weeks
This is extremely serious not an effing GLITCH0 -
I am close to informing the police and getting lawyers involved0

What URL are you using to login?

The Police won't be interested, you would need to put in an official complaint, and they will have 8 weeks to fix the issue, then you can get the ombudsman involved, so call it another 6-8 weeks. What answer have they given for why your accounts are missing. Also have you tried to clear your cache on your browser or a different browser, crazy i know, but II website's do suck.0

Can you post a screen shot of what you see (or don't see) when you log in.
You'll maybe get more help if people can see what the problem is.How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -
These posts don't seem to match. If you can't login, how do you know it's not a password problem? If it's to do with 2 factor authentication, or your recovery code, then say so.NROSE_2 said:I have Trading, ISA and SIPP accounts with II. And now I cannot login at all

Anyway, the tweets won't do any good. You need to document your proper communication with II - phone calls, emails, anything else.1 -
No problems logging in here. You do know OP that every so-many logins they send you an extra number by sms in order to confirm your identity?Have you checked your mobile phone? Have you changed the mobile number recently, or not provided one?0

Give us details of what actually happens and someone may be able to figure out your issue. e.g. are you able to login and it shows the normal ii menus but there's nothing there, or do you get the wrong figures showing, or some kind of error message, etc, etc.NROSE_2 said:I have Trading, ISA and SIPP accounts with II. And now I cannot login at all and have received no feedback via any communication channel for over 1 week. I have no idea if the accounts are hacked, stolen or deleted. Repeated calls to II have received no resolution. At the moment I am screwed with no access to any of my investments. !!!!!! am I supposed to do?
Personally I've found them to be excellent in my two contacts with them over the last week. One to customer services via the phone was initially answered within 15 seconds, the second via secure message was sent late at night and replied to by 9.30 the next morning.NROSE_2 said:I have tweeted a few disparaging tweets. Apparently one of their Senior Execs will be on Talk Radio today. I have replied that their customer service is terrible. Would be good if others could chip in
