I was there with you, Round, every hour.  Hopefully you went back to sleep so that I could relieve you on duty...
DH is in the doghouse for coming back late and falling asleep on the sofa after spending a freezing evening in a friend’s garden with a beer or many.
Not sure what today will bring, as DD will be knackered after our long night. I really need to tackle the bathrooms at some point as well as unearth the vacuum cleaner. Or maybe just drink cups of tea...
YL - a bike ride (although not my thing) and a lunch in the garden, with a potential lift home sounds like bliss.  Enjoyx

Cats woke me up at 7:15 fighting on my feet.. promptly kicked but I needs a wee, a cuppa and hand cream.. and hayfever meds.. my head is all gluey!

Valli.. the other thing with chips.. they stop plants spreading so if you have trailing plants or little bushes (like lavender and hydrangea etc) they can not spread, OH reminded me when I said you were after getting some, so leave room around the bases so they can spread.. We dug all ours in at the end of the first summer with a few bags of compost and then put more compost over the top.

Cuppa and then I can vacuum the bedroom and get the stuff put back in there Once OH surfaces I will demand a Dun£lm trip. It is much closer than Matalan and less peopley.

I need a Naggy Nora... I have to make an opticians appointment and I am procrastinating it.. I need to take Squeak too but I will make her an appointment when I can fit her in. I have left myself 3 years so far since my test became due so 5 years since it was done.

OH promised to take the girls to the park today.. I'm not going I will stay home and room shuffle.

My Mothers young dog (5 in June) has just had a biopsy on a poorly foot.. good vibes needed there she has lost 4 dogs in just over a year and is bereft already. She got a baby fluffer last week.

Floofs all fed and watered and outside to play.

Bill balances updated.. I am £300 less in debt than I thought.. win!

Right.. bedroom here I come!!!

Morning all 

Wrote a long pity party post, now I’ve told myself to get a grip. I’m in bed with a cuppa and the sun is shining. Will need to move shortly as DS has a match (at home, thankfully). If the gremlins in my head could just clear off for the day I’d be grateful. 

Love to you all. Everyone- just rest. Everything can wait another day xx

Thank you round x I can't say that I had an unbroken night, but I didn't get up until 6.00.

 Thank you Fayolle x We are Ok. DH is still celebrating getting his place on the waiting list (not with alcohol, TG) and invited me and Rosie to join him for a walk on the common yesterday. That meant that I had to drive his big car, and I think probably just pulling the car door shut was enough to hurt my shoulder again. It was really painful last night, and it's even more painful this morning, so I'm not even going to drive my little car to church, and it's too far to walk. We've only just had breakfast (DH slept late again ) and I'm going for a hot shower shortly to see if that relieves the pain and gives me back some of my movement. BTW I'm pleased to say that the upset last week over what someone said has been discussed calmly and rationally and is now forgotten history.

 I have S&S'd the kitchen, tidied the LR, flied papers in the study and emptied a box, and menu planned for today. This morning I'm going to try and sort out another ancestor's life record before he drives me bonkers! Seeds still not planted - maybe this afternoon, maybe not!: by then, I shall probably need zzz.

Thanks for the chip tips Piggers - went to L1dl last night (so quiet at night...well in the evening) and they had chips so I bought some.

Feeling a bit meh tbh, probably because it's work tomorrow.  Need to finish cleaning my bedroom (3 days I've been nibbling that frog) but I can see light at the end of the tunnel.  

Kitchen needs S&S with a bin empty and a recycle bin empty also needed.

Moomins new bed.. cover is pinker than I expected but it will do 

we need to get the rest of the furniture in but it is pretty beautiful at the moment. 

Heading to Din3lm after OH has eaten.. and BundQ for a knob.. I know exactly what I want.. and a tin of Doolux Chic Shadow. Apparently I am painting the hallway this week.. my head said so..

i need to put the jumper I am wearing in the bin.. it’s just my decorating too but it’s so scruffy! 

Squeak wants her room purple.. .. it is currently pink.. they are all moaning about it being pink but I cannot do a thing until the toys are gone.. I hate toys. Lol
