Amount claimed - £160 (original)  = FAKE = ABUSE OF PROCESS WITH FAKE £60 ADD-ON

Who signed the "statement of truth" with the ELMS claim and what was the reason given.
VCS and Excel are part of the same group ...... read this

EXCEL v WILKINSON ..... claim struck out for ABUSE OF PROCESS.  DDJ Jackson who is now HHJ Jackson made this ruling.

No it is the one on the first page of the forum called defence template.  Read it all, including the instructions at the beginning of the thread and then fill in and post here for critique JUST your words for paragraphs 2 & 3.

The template defence is in the sticky threads in announcements near the top of the forum , written by coupon mad and edited in October 2020 , linked from the newbies FAQ sticky thread

Hmm reading through the newbie thread again and I realise that I haven't done the 'Subject Access Request ' yet, should I so that first , if so would it put things on hold ?
Or should I do both in parallel?

Do it ASAP , email it to the DPO at VCS attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law

Nothing will place this on hold , it's a live claim , the juggernaut has started sliding , so get on with everything , ASAP

So from here do I have 28 days to submit the defence ? 
Just wondering as it could be useful to see the SAR info prior to completing the defence, right ?

33 days from the issue date is the new deadline to submit the DEFENCE , KeithP will likely tell you your deadlines

The SAR reply is more useful in several months time for the witness statement stage in most cases

With a Claim Issue Date of 27th April, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 1st June 2021 to file your Defence.

That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
