    The whole seiss thing got confusing this year, totally confusing figures in red, am i meant to subtract the tax from them or not, I mean, more clarity would be lovely

    completed mine on the 6th checked it this morning & funds were available to request for a repayment. fingers crossed

    You don't deduct anything, just make sure the correct SEISS values are included.

    Other threads suggest HMRC are populating the 2021:22 return with the 2020:21 SEISS grants  :confused:

  • When it's asking for me to confirm my identity on request a repayment it's only giving me the option for passport which I don't have credibility which is fine or a northern Ireland driving licence has anyone else had this ?

    i had this but it was asking me for 2! passport & credit history checks

    Yeah mine was updated yesterday. Went through the ID check and put bank info in and requested payment. Said normally processed in 10 days but can take up to 4 weeks for security checks. 
    I done mine 6th.
