Just call them and you can verify I’ve the phone be prepared to wait a while to get though though. We had to do this yesterday as our passports are expired - all they ask if your name, address, NI number and date of birth

Yes but fortunately I had a passport

Mine allowed me to request payment on the 7th

Same here, had to call in to verify identity, she was very helpful and went to bank repayment pending this morning

Was it the same questions for you just name address national insurance etc ?

just checked mine & done same had to re-request i did my 6th requested 8th just checked & had to re-request. 

Think this has happened before though

Ive seen it bounce bank before bank account error or something but i double checked this morning if bounces back again prob a phone call needed to them

If you have rang them and verified over the phone then the heading 'amount available for repayment should dissappear
