I sent my SA SURF2 ID forms off today. Having read the forum thread, I'm not holding out much hope that I'll receive my repayment this year at this rate. My case is for sub £1k in overpayments due to last year being an absolute right off due to Covid and no grants being received or CIS work. The information they requested to confirm my ID was overkill to say the least. (I redacted any key financial information in my bank statement) as they do not need to know what I spend my money on to confirm my identity.

How long does it usually take for the refund to go into my account after it changed to issued 28/09/21

Mine issued on a Friday morning was in the bank Monday morning

It’s been on processing complete since last week Thursday .. it’s Tuesday now and still waiting for a refund .

Doss anyone no how long I have to wait after processing complete and I haven’t received a letter yet

No, my employer doesn't get the P11ds out until the end of July and then I went on holiday.

Hi everyone hopfully someone may be able to give a bit of clarity would be greatly appreciated. After a wait I got the surf 2 letter sent it back and on the letter tracking part it says received. It says the estimation of completion is the 27th of October when they have completed this is the money issuesed from there providing everything is sound or is there more processing in other areas after this?
