reporting in with a sts think I'm rather relieved as a bit of a lost weekend over the bank holiday 😬
Tomorrow I'm off out with dd she wants to go into the west end for some lunch and shopping, I shall try my hardest to behave but I'm hoping all the walking will help balance out whatever we eat for lunch 😂 Sat ds wants to go to to the park, (he is not a fan of shopping) I have suggested walking there instead of getting the bus (the car has a flat battery) it's about an hour each way so hopefully more exercise there to keep me on track.

Good afternoon, Everyone
Just weighing in quickly with a loss of 2lb! 😀 Which is extra satisfying because I got my timings wrong on Friday, and ended up with a late-lunch binge of fish & chips (with mayonnaise!). However, I was far too full to eat anything else for the rest of the day.

Morning just checking in to say 'I'm on it' well with the exercise and trying to be sensible with the food side.
- Run and walking Saturday DONE
- Outdoor swim and walking Sunday DONE
- Club run tonight DONE
- Yoga and walking Tuesday (probably won't happen as am now working) - Did a short after dinner walk!
- Timed club run Wednesday DONE
- Indoor swim Thursday AM (auch) DONE ( I only got up when they opened, but I did 1K).
I am trying to make the most of the weather, so went to the beach on Saturday and had a quick swim in the sea - really enjoyed that. But also realised that for some random reason I have thrown out all of my bikini bottoms, but kept the tops, and it is so much easier to change into/out of a 2 piece rather than a swim suit! It was a lovely beach with people of al shapes and sizes.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Can I join, I need to lose at least a stone. I cut down drinking and lost about 1/2 a stone but I have put that all back on again with a few more lbs for good measure. I was thinking of joining weight watchers or what ever they are but my wife feeds me weight watcher meals as it is, I need to cut out the kfc/McD/sausage rolls. I'm on the cutting down booze thread on here and that helps so hopefully having to post my triumphs and failings on here will help me.I stood on the scale this morning and wrote my current weight on the calander, so i have made a start.Nothing to see here, move along.5

I was at 18.1 lbs but after today's weigh in I'm down to 258 lbs, making a loss of 4.2 lbs this week and a new total of 22.3lbs overall. 6lbs to go until target!
