Well done losers, sts-ers commiserations gainers. Welcome coveredinbees.Was weigh day Friday, -2.5lbs please Brambling.I’m still unable to workout as my foot is healing slowly so I was unable to manage a daily walk last week so am aiming for every other day this week.

it would frighten animals and small children

Candii you're doing amazing and with those numbers on track to hitting your target
I've had a good eating weekend although I found myself going into the kitchen too many times so I must find a way to stop doing that of a evening, I know it's mouth hunger and not actual hunger especially as I had a filling dinner.

I know exactly what you mean about the mouth hunger - I am sitting here battling the urge to go and eat - but when I concentrate on my stomach I really am not hungry - it't just my mouth that wants the food!5

Thanks for adding me, I got it wrong it slimming world she is doing - tonight we had pinch of nom honey saffron chicken with cous cous. It was OK.

I’m another who “suffers” from mouth hunger - definitely a first world problem. I’ve had to stop watching the TV cooking and dieting programmes, really anything about food, as they just make the symptoms worse.“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️
