Grateful for a bank holiday week with almost no driving, 2 days of work and a garden that is beginning to look like a garden.
I'll weigh in again 'when I feel slim' have stopped after I was weighing myself every day and just started eating more if my weight went up!

Well done, losers and STSers, commiserations, gainers.I seem to have managed not to post last week’s STS. Weighing in this week with +1lb
following a miserable week and too much wine, culminating in a binge on a whole box of croissants with butter and jam (definitely not a slimming food!).
New month coming up, miracle needed to reach target (note to self: the “7 lbs” target is meant to be loss not gain!).“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Reporting a STS this week - I have to confess the meal portions have taken an upward turn this week - I'm struggling with meals that feed 2/4 when I don't really need a whole portion, but taking the 3/4 I do want only leaves 1/4 portion, which I don't want to give to DH as he needs to lose a bit too, so I end up eating it cos I don't know what else to do with it! I've tried reducing the rice/potatoes/ pasta but that didn't work with yesterdays risotto, or the day before's pasta bake! I need to try and plan meals which are easier to eat in smaller portions, but I'm trying to use up a freezer full of stuff at the moment cos it needs defrosting.Ditty - very impressed with the level of exercise - my one walk a week looks a bit lame beside it!7

Afternoon all. Hope you're all doing well and congrats on the progress so far 🙂
Reporting a 2.3 lbs loss this week, weighing in at 262.2 lbs taking the total loss so far to 18.1 lbs (@Brambling I've just noticed you've not recorded my 3.7 loss for last week so throwing that in here too). So 10 lbs to go until I reach my target for this period 🤞🏼
I hope everyone enjoys the nice weather and that we all get some nice numbers next week 🙂Common sense is not common
Small progress is still progress

Weighing in with +2lb it's pretty much the usual 2, so I won't comment any further. Congrats to losses and sts'ers.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
