After a weekend 'under the weather' with some binge intakes, I am not sure I will WI tomorrow. Did lots of exercise, but matched with silly foraging. Have a brilliant Monday everybody.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Good morning all
I had a great weekend with my family enjoying the Eurovision contest on Saturday. I managed to indoctrinate my grand daughter into joining in as well. Food was enjoyed too as we ordered pizza to keep us going through the competition.
Today I am back on track and trying a new recipe from the latest Slimming World magazine. I am adding my own touches too it though as I think it will need a bit of a flavour boost.
my meals today are:
b - porridge
l - falafel salad
d - chicken, bacon and orzo bake
s - fruit
Hope you are all doing well and managing to keep warm and dry, take care xx5 -
Morning all. Hope everyone is well and congrats on your progress so far 🙂
Weighing in today at 264.5 lbs and reporting a 3.7 lb loss which brings my total loss so far to 15.8 lbs. I've hit the stone mark AND gone down into the 18s 🥳
Let's keep pushing 😉Common sense is not common

Afternoon All,
Well done for losses and STSs and commiserations for gains. I'm presuming that if I'd weighed myself today it would've been a gain, as I ate and drank far too much this weekend, but it's that TOTM, I'm bloated and miserable and I fear that seeing the number on the scales would tip me over the edge. Sirens, I'm with you on the emotional eating. I know that the more fed up I am the more I eat, which then turns into the current vicious cycle I'm in, but I have no idea how to stop it. I really must try to get a grip.
Dumpling I hope that the change of plans gives you something to work towards without being overwhelming and making you anxious.
Brambling I hope this week's not as hideous for you. I really don't know how you coped with last week's hours!
Candiii Well done on the stone lost and next stone down. It's a lovely feeling when you reach those milestones.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx7 -
Unfortunately Izadora this week has started with a 9pm finish which doesn't give me much hope for the rest of the week and like you I'm fed up and eating rubbish and have joined you in that vicious circle
emotional eating has always been my downfall

If I may still join it at this late stage I have 3 kilos to lose to reach my cap! I actually made it all the way through Christmas without going over but since then have regained much of the weight I lost, so here we go again...

Morning!
Checking in with a 1lb loss this week which puts me at the target I set for the quarter. Now to see what I can do before the quarter is out. I had a very stern word with myself at the start of this year that this would be the last time I did this weight loss thing - after spending most of the last 10-15 years putting the same few pounds/stones on and off. Somehow it seems to have worked and I'm finally down to a weight last seen 5 years ago. Getting there. Slowly.
Have a good week all.7 -
Morning All,
Brambling Sorry it's shaping up to be another hideous work week. I hope they at least appreciate what you're doing!
lapis_lazuli Welcome and best of luck
LilacPotato Well done on the loss and reaching your target. Could you have a stern word with me as well please, it seems that I don't listen to myself
Can someone please let the weather know that it's nearly summer! While it's handy in some ways that I can still cover up my ever-increasing lardiness it'd be nice to have some sunshine for a change. It might make me more inclined to want to leave the house too as I've noticed that I'm really struggling to make myself go out at the moment. I know that I'll have to when they want us back in the office but it's quite comforting to stay in my little bubble while I can.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx8 -
