The consultation has yet to be made public. Next month maybe? It will have the response details within it when published. Just keep checking back on the forum, we will make sure it stays pretty much on the first page, so you won't need to look far. Please do contribute to it.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Outcome of this case:BPA got in contact, actually quiet recently, and they said they've spoken to the client, and that the matter will not be pursued further.Which is a big win.I debated with myself whether to make that claim, however, I decided against it ultimately. As I had and still have a lot on my plate.I thank you all for the help and support given. Really glad you guys exist.2
