The BPA is a members' organisation. Their job is to protect their members. Your interests are most certainly subordinate.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    This is quiet stressful.
Anyways I've sent the email, still waiting on a reply. What are the chances DRP even bother to reply?

    Quick update:

Still no reply from DRP, but no letters either. No reply from BPA since 8th of June, if I remember correctly.

Wondering if I should begin small claims against CUP. If so where do I even start?

Well how about all the links I gave you on 20 May, which give you more than a place to start?  It does cause me to pause and think whether the help I give is often in vain.

Thank you. Sometimes I still feel unsure, I'm not the brightest, and literally need to be told step by step.

No one is going to take you 'step by step' in issuing your own claim against a PPC. There are very few cases where a claim like that has been made, so we don't have that type of experience. We can link you to other cases (as I have done above), but most of the heavy lifting on it will be down to you.

If you feel you need step by step assistance, you may need to think very carefully if you want to take the plunge outside of what appears to be your present comfort zone.

As Umko says, this is not painting by numbers, there is a lot of reading/research required.  Have you complained to your MP?
