Lol, sorry. Sometimes I forget Google exists, haha. I think that's how it is on forums. I find myself as if I am having a f2f conversation with someone.

    Alright guys,
I am waiting for a response from BPA, they sure are taking their time. POPLA confirmed the case was successful and sent me an email to say as such.
I am wondering should I send that to DRP? Or whether I should ignore DRP?

My main goal is stop getting letters and avoid any potential court action. Although I believe we should win in court should it get there right?

Yes, send a copy of POPLA's decision by email to DRP, quoting their long 'reference' number (not the PCN number):

    info@drpl.co.uk

and tell them to go swivel and to tell their client to do the same.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Warn them that if they do not comply they may suffer financial consequences

Thanks, on it now. Would this be the long reference number that was originally used to make the appeal?

No. The reference number on DRP's letters.

How can I link to a POPLA appeal? Should I add the appeal reference or the PTL?
I have an email from POPLA to confirm the appeal has been allowed, so I have saved it as an PDF, and will attach it with the email.

I have made some changes to the letter. If you could just have one more look please. I really appreciate all the help!

Are the BPA any good? They've replied saying maybe it wasn't the same PCN and that the POPLA evidence I uploaded didn't have the PCN charge number, WHEN IT DID! Argh. I've since responded clarifying the details and reuploading the POPLA email.

I've also sent the letter to DRP to the email address given by coupon-mad.

This is so stressful, and I am so annoyed with these stupid people. I want to make a claim and really hope I can get that payout.
