It could be that the BPA are asking a few questions of CUP and they think that not responding to the POPLA appeal will see it slide rapidly into obscurity ...... unless you decide otherwise ..... and give the BPA cage another rattle!

I feel like I've spent so much time on this appeal, and glad it's done. But at the same time I have a duty to everyone else to rattle that cage a little more. Hehehehehe.

Will be asking for an update from the BPA
    Nicely! 👍

Just got a letter from debt recovery plus for the PCN???

    This is getting ridiculous now.

Another FUBAR. DRP are also BPA AOS members, so get another complaint into the BPA.

You could also send a Letter Before Claim to CUP for passing your personal data to DRP when they had absolutely no justification for doing so as your POPLA appeal against their parking charge had been upheld. Go with a threatened £900 for a GDPR/DPA breach.

This is for a relative who is getting spooked now. I've told them to remain calm.
BPA haven't replied to my original complaint. Now I'm wondering what my next steps are.

I've been doing all the things in my relatives name (registered keeper)

Wondering if I should change it to mine now to make it easier to communicate?

P.s. I am looking for a BPA phone number to call them directly.

    Edit: what is FUBAR?
Is there a chance to actually get that £900 off of them?

As you might expect, Google has the answer.  ;)

Chase up the BPA , preferably in the name of the keeper , also complain about the drp letter too
Complain to your local MP , the one for the constituency the relative is in
Get the keeper to send an LBC to cup enforcement

I have just called POPLA, and sent another complaint to the BPA, they have yet to respond to the first one.
I am looking into an LBC.
I really want to make the data protection claims and get some money out of this now, not because its money, but because I am so annoyed. I thought this was done, argh, would have been so much easier if I was doing it for myself. But I feel bad, because I thought it was done and dusted and now said relative sounds worried.

I want to see this through. What would my next steps actually be? Should I fail a court claim? Should I contact the DVLA? I mean I know the information is there, but I am unsure how to apply it to my case. I'm not smart enough
