anyone know if you can recycle false teeth?
Happy Easter to all celebrating. I watched the sun rise! Beautiful day here - we hope to go to the common for a walk this afternoon, though I shall also take a folding chair for DH so that he can sit a short distance away from the car park while I take Rosie for a longer walk.

Happy Easter everyone.Beautiful flowers, Narco.Foodbank work, then a bit of reading and commenting I need to do for someone and then gardening. I'd much rather be watching a Bake It Up a Notch video on choux pastry but needs must.I decluttered a pizza wheel to a neighbour because we had two and he had none after his fellow lodgers moved out. It makes putting the garlic crusher away easy after being a real fiddle for years. Then I put the clean bedding away which was easy after years of cramming all the old bedding and the new stuff into one drawer. (The local hospice has said it doesn't matter how old the bedding is, they can send it for rags if it's not saleable, so I'm taking them at their word.) I was so delighted by those two 'easies which used to be frustratingly fiddley jobs' that I decluttered the top of the dresser in my office so I can get rid of all of it and have a clear surface. The difference decluttering even one tiny space at a time never ceases to amaze me - all because of one pizza wheel.Better is good enough.8

DM.. I am pretty sure falsies are sent to less fortunate societies in the world after a thorough cleaning. My initial thought was .. eeeww thats gross.. but if someone can get use from such things I became more upset that people have a need they cannot meet. IT seems most are simply recycled as they are plastic. You could always get creative!!!! *horrified!*

Piggers and Iona thanks x I got freaked out when I opened a pot and found them. They are mostly unworn apparently. DPops had to have all teeth out prior to heart surgery back in 2014. Just didn’t want to send them to landfill if there was an alternative x
A booze cupboard emptied and contents disposed of and bottles put in glass bin as that gets collected this week there.
I have put some of the glass ware into boxes as I’m running out of working room. DH has filled some cracks in.
DH has cut the front lawn
I have mended 2 pairs of work trousers and now I’m repairing my summer coat x9 -
Hayfever is bad today.. my whole face feels sticky.
Email sent to Moomins college.. she is working hard to catch up on the work she is behind on.. Her whole demeanour is changed it's so nice to see. Moomins bf also just got a weekend job which is fantastic, so he will be working weekends so we will see how that pans out.
Everyone scoffed an easter egg, school gave us 1 for each of the children and they got one each from granny too. They have limits on how much they can eat usually but Easter Sunday is just 'yeah, eat it until you're sick' They are not hardcore, I have 4 half eggs in the fridge lol.
The bank hasn't paid Fridays standing orders.. not I have to manually go through 6 payments and sort those.. 2 being the mortgage and C.tax and we know how shirty councils get.
I need to do food.. and get the DW and WM's on.. and the TD too no doubt. I also want the window to the cat pen closing, it is FREEZING! I must paint the fireplace as well.. I still haven't done that and I think a gloop of grey in the pink gloss to may the pink less barbie and more dusky will be a good idea. I'm usually very good at colour mixing but it always makes me anxious.

Pigpen DS said his hayfever is suddenly really bad. Hope OH is OK.
I cycled with my ladies group and now feel like death. I know I have been doing a lot of exercise and my thyroid is not happy, I just wish I could get docs to listen to me. They are only interested in blood test results and not how I actually feel. I might ring them next week.
We have tidied the garden a bit and had jacket potatoes and leftover curry out of the freezer for tea. The challenge now is staying awake for another couple of hours or I will feel even worse tomorrow. I have a Lindt chocolate bunny to declutter. I might have a glass of Baileys with it.
Heavy snow forecast here tonight!!!10 -
hayfever season kicked in here about 3 weeks ago.. flipping trees and their pink floof!!!
YL I still have absolutely no thyroid symptoms at all.. nor any anaemia ones.. apparently I should be absolutely floored by both but I am functioning as normal, I only produce 2 sorts of white blood cells as well, and they are at severely low numbers so my immune system is non-functional too.. the dr's are clueless.. Have you had a hospital referral at all for yours? I'm sure the GP is not qualified to treat such an issue. There are different types of hypothyroidism and I'm not confident a GP can make that call.
