You obviously email POPLA, not tell us...and you ask for an extension of time until supplied with both PDFs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

61 pages is excessive for a PCN for a five minute stop imo. point this out to the judge.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I expect it's just a standard PDF they send for all their appeals. I'll be interested in what their actual PDF says if I can ever access it. I've sent them an email but no response as yet. If I have a chance I'll ring them after work tomorrow.Umkomaas said:
